Net-Diagnotor Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Notice

These App-specific Subscription Terms are self-hosted by our Server: https://api-net-diagnotor.zinben.net/legal/subscription-terms.en.html. These terms work alongside the Net-Diagnotor Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. In case of conflict on subscription matters, these terms take precedence.

This document satisfies disclosure requirements of Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.2, Google Play Subscriptions Policy and Huawei IAP terms; you may use this URL as the "Subscription Terms URL" in each store's developer console.


1. Scope

These Terms apply to Basic / Pro auto-renewing subscriptions purchased inside Net-Diagnotor via:

  1. Store IAP: Apple App Store / Google Play / Huawei AppGallery (Android Huawei APK and HarmonyOS NEXT Ark build com.zinben.NetHelp);
  2. OpenDev web checkout: auto-renewing subscriptions bought through the Server-hosted H5 on official APK, Desktop, and some other channels.

They do not govern one-time products (including OpenDev tips) or rewarded Basic short-term day grants after rewarded ads. They take effect together with the relevant store terms:

If these Terms conflict with the relevant store terms, the store's official terms govern.

2. Subscription Products

The App currently offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions (actual list shown in-app):

Exact product names, prices, billing periods, trial information, and entitlements are shown in the in-app "Membership" or "Subscription" page. Each store displays prices in your local currency; if a tier is unavailable on your channel, the live store listing controls.

2.1 Checkout & purchase-page disclosures

Before you complete a purchase in the in-app Membership area, a store subscription page, or the OpenDev web checkout, we (or the checkout UI) will show:

If an on-screen checkout differs from the above, the purchase page / checkout you actually confirm and the relevant payment channel rules control.

3. Auto-Renewal

  1. Auto-renewal: unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price, charged to the payment method tied to your store account.
  2. Charge time: billing occurs within the 24-hour window before the current period ends.
  3. Management: you may view, change, or cancel at any time in the relevant store account settings (see §4).
  4. Price changes: if we change the subscription price, the relevant app store's subscription policy applies. The store may notify you through its own system and, where required by that platform, request your consent before the next renewal takes effect.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation does not immediately end the current period — you keep premium features until the period ends. After cancellation, the subscription will not auto-renew and will revert to the free version when the period ends.

Cancellation via other channels (Apple Care, Google Play support, Huawei support) follows the relevant platform's policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds for store-purchased subscriptions are handled by the relevant platform. We cannot refund store-purchased subscriptions directly.

We monitor refund status via the platforms' server-side notifications (StoreKit 2 revocationDate / Google Play RTDN / Huawei IAP notifications) and revoke entitlements immediately upon refund. Time already used is not refundable.

6. Cross-Device Restore

  1. After signing in to the same store account on another device, tap "Restore Purchases" in the in-app Membership page to restore.
  2. We sync subscription state automatically via the platforms' official APIs (Apple StoreKit 2 Transaction.currentEntitlements / Google Play BillingClient.queryPurchasesAsync / Huawei IAP obtainOwnedPurchases); no manual action required.
  3. The platform server's response is authoritative.

7. Family Sharing

Not enabled: subscriptions in this App do not participate in Apple Family Sharing / Google Play family library / Huawei family group sharing. Each account subscribes independently. If we enable family sharing in the future, we will announce it in a release note.

8. Free Trial (if applicable)

If a product includes a free trial (currently often configured as 7 days, but the store listing controls):

  1. Full premium features are available during the trial.
  2. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end and a charge is made. Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  3. Each store account is generally limited to one free trial per product; the relevant platform's rule applies.

9. Subscription Data Collection

Data types, purposes, and retention for subscription data are described in Privacy Policy §7 — Subscription & Purchase Data.

We do not collect: credit card info (handled by the payment platforms), Apple ID / Google Account / Huawei Account, family member information.

11. Relationship with Company-Wide Master Terms

Net-Diagnotor is operated by Zinben. These Subscription Terms are the specific application of the company-wide master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to the Net-Diagnotor subscription business. Where they do not conflict, these Terms apply first; for matters not covered here, the relevant company-wide master document applies.

The legal entity name and the master Terms / Privacy Policy URLs are rendered in the "Company-Level Legal Documents" section below. The backend can adjust them via the LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME / LEGAL_COMPANY_TERMS_URL / LEGAL_COMPANY_PRIVACY_POLICY_URL environment variables without editing this Markdown file.
